WATER

 
Water teaches without words.
It flows,  seeks its own level, evokes calm, demonstrates passion, and with its formidable persistence will wear down granite walls. 

PRESENCE

In every moment of every day we can make a choice.
Mindfulness is the most powerful tool in our
Soul-kit when it is aligned with the Heart. 

LIGHT

Pure energy vibration, speed cannot be touched.  It radiates, travels in waves, has particle nature.  Bend it and the eye sees color.  No light reveals black and black reveals light.
Light is Life.  Light is Truth.

HEART

A pure connection; it does not deceive, understands
its allies, and is the center of Being.
When the mind is confused, let go and breathe
into the Heart.

QUIET

Let Silence be you companion. 
In that moment of complete Quiet, 
whether there is distraction around or not, 
a great opportunity for Enlightenment is offered.
Treasure a moment in Nature where the sounds
are subtle and still and let the Connection be
experienced.

or enslave to the degree that we investigate core
