The beginning of each season is a reason for celebration. Spring signifies rebirth, freedom from death or oppression. The direct experience of Nature in an outing is a celebration and a healing anytime of year. Sensual experience is heightened by recent rains or snowmelt, new blooms, the scent of the earth. In the event of any stress, this will be the healthiest endeavor. Breath, appreciate and be free and happy. The vernal equinox is indicating longer days with more light and time for fun.
